TFWA appoints new Conference Director

TFWA has announced that Michele Miranda has been promoted to TFWA Conference Director.

Michele took over the role from 1^st February and is now responsible for overseeing all of TFWA’s prestigious conferences and workshops. 

Having worked at TFWA as Conference Manager since 2015, Michele’s unique portfolio of skills have enriched TFWA events for nearly a decade and will continue to do so as the association marks its 40^th anniversary year. 

Michele has seen much success working in events throughout her career and has brought her expertise to high-profile functions worldwide.

Michele has proven to be an outstanding member of the TFWA team over the past nine years, and has done much to enhance the quality of our conferences, ensuring the participation of some of duty free and travel retail’s most compelling, engaging and knowledgeable speakers.
