Neelesh Hundekari is a Senior Partner at Kearney, based in Mumbai. With over 32 years of consulting and industry experience, he has advised leading companies across sectors including consumer goods, retail, luxury, and transportation. Neelesh has a deep understanding of Indian and Asian consumer trends, retail market dynamics, and operational challenges across categories. 

Neelesh has authored several industry studies on the premium Indian consumer and is a regular speaker at major industry events. Neelesh serves on the CII Core Committee on Luxury and Lifestyle and the CII National Committee on Textiles. He actively contributes to social and economic impact and is the co-founder of a non-profit that works on livelihood creation in crafts (Ekibeki). Neelesh also serves on the board of other non-profits Dasra and Creative Dignity; and advises the Foundation for Economic Development on economic growth and Daksh on judicial reforms
