With 310 exhibitors and 9,800 sqm of floorspace, TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference (8-12 May in Singapore) has a lot to offer, even before factoring in the two plenary conference sessions, three industry-focused workshops and a comprehensive networking programme. To help you seize the many opportunities available, TFWA has commissioned a suite of on-screen Tools.

The first of these is the TFWA Web App, a compendium of all the key information you need in Singapore. Simply download it to your mobile device and the web browser provides fast access to exhibitor details, stand locations, news updates and more. Use it to check shuttle-bus timings between your hotel and the Marina Bay Sands venue, or to see when the Welcome Cocktail starts.

Exhibition Directory

For preparing your visit and arranging appointments, the online Exhibition Directory is invaluable. Visitors can search for exhibitor details, including contact information and product specifications, then print off the data to keep. The Directory also contains a full visitor list for exhibitors to interrogate, again with the facility to collate and print relevant findings. TFWA will supply the access code and password.

Product Showcase

Another source of essential information is the Product Showcase. This web-based tool brings together everything you need to know about the products in the news at the show. Constantly updated and structured by category, the Showcase features a tile system. Just click on one and you’ll see brief details of the product and its maker, their stand location and contact data, plus links to a press release and external website where available. Use the search function to find specific brands or browse the listing.

And finally, when in Singapore, keep an eye out for the touchscreens around the Exhibition floor. They can point the way to your next meeting.
