Now, the magic of Changi can even be experienced in the metaverse with virtual wonderland, ChangiVerse.

iShopChangi was launched in 2013 as an extension of Changi Airport’s promise to deliver greater comfort and convenience to travellers in its retail offerings. Shoppers can browse and purchase over 20,000 products across 900 brands and exclusives such as Changi 1st product launches at tax- and duty-free prices. Travellers can shop between 30 days to 12 hours pre-flight and choose to collect their items at Collection Centres within departure, upon arrival or have them delivered free in Singapore. In early 2020, the e-commerce store extended its offer to Singapore-based residents without the need to fly. Expanding its omnichannel presence, the BEAUTIQUE by iShopChangi brick-and-mortar store was set up at Jewel Changi Airport in 2021 to complement the online experience.
