First introduced in 2022, World of Wines & Spirits (WOWS) is Changi’s flagship premium wines and spirits programme in partnership with Lotte Duty Free and brands. Bringing together leading global labels under one roof, the campaign elevates duty-free shopping into a discovery journey, inviting travellers and visitors to explore, taste and acquire rare bottles. Now in its fifth edition, WOWS continues to showcase premium selections, with last year’s edition featuring over 60 rare expressions from 29 brands, including highly sought-after labels such as Martell and Johnnie Walker.

It’s a Treat to be the FIRST- Changi 1st, an unparalleled programme showcasing exclusive launches and concept pop-ups from global brands.

Changi 1st pop-ups are transit-area activations developed in collaboration with retail partners and brands, featuring limited-edition launches and unique experiences. These curated showcases highlight innovative concepts and Changi–exclusive products, enhancing the airport shopping experience. In 2025, Changi hosted 20 Changi 1st outposts, featuring Changi exclusives or travel retail exclusive product and concept debuts, reinforcing Changi Airport’s position as a leading platform for global brands to premiere new products and experiences.

Changi’s online destination for tax and duty-free shopping

iShopChangi complements airport retail with curated local exclusives and online-only products, available 30 days to 12 hours before flight. Shoppers can collect their purchases at departure or arrival Collection Centres or enjoy free local delivery. Beauty items from Shilla Duty Free offer tax-free privileges up to 30 days post-arrival. iShopChangi also reaches Chinese travellers via a WeChat Mini Programme and extends offerings to Singapore residents, providing convenient access beyond the airport.
