For time-pressed travellers, the environment in which they encounter a brand can make all the difference.

Stressed about finding their departure gates or distracted by their smartphones, today’s air passengers don’t always have retail top of mind. Creating an attractive environment that encourages interaction with a brand is vital, which is why in-store design features prominently in TFWA’s Innovation Lab (1-4 October in Cannes).
