In Travel Retail we are one of the top brands in the sugar confectionery segment and our dedication lays in developing category exclusives. We are committed to growing the category exclusives ranges through our continuous focus on two key category segments - refreshment and kids gifting.
We are returning to the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes this year with an expanded range of travel retail exclusive products. And we will focus on four brands; two well-known global brands Mentos and Chupa Chups, as well as regional brands Fruittella and Look-o-Look. The product portfolio will include a mix of gifting, self-consumption and sharing items.
We believe that with offering these four brands in our travel retail channel we have a house of brands that fits different travellers needs. Chupa Chups, the number one lollipop in the world that creates fun for everybody; Mentos, the world famous candy that is hard on the outside, soft in the inside and the perfect candy for sharing, alongside Mentos Gum and Mints which provide the traveller with a delightful refreshing experience. Our Look-O-Look range just makes the ordinary a bit extraordinary and makes customers step into a world full of fun and wonder; and Fruittella which is one of our most classic and authentic brands, known for its unique rich and juicy taste with natural flavours, natural colourings and real fruit juices, and a perfect candy for on-the-go.
We are here to make winning plans with our partners; that means having the right product portfolio, creating appealing and fun promotions and having best-in-class visibility tools. Our main focus remains: to make our partnerships stronger together.
For 2022 we have the following travel retail exclusive launches: the reusable Mentos Candy Fan containing four Mini Mentos rolls in Cola, Orange, Lemon and Strawberry flavours and is a bright and colourful addition to the range and ideal for growth into the kids gifting sector. In line with PVM’s commitment to continuously improve and dynamize its product range, ensuring a true exclusive traveller experience, a new Mini Mentos Pencil Case will be launched. It is another perfectly reusable item for kids, containing 11 Mini Mentos rolls in Cola, Orange, Lemon and Strawberry and available in three different colours. The pencil case is of high quality and the playful design makes this an item to keep for many years.
Providing freshness on-the-go is and will remain main focus and revamping Mentos Gum packs with a new smaller, curvier design fits that strategy. The curvy bottle packs are available in Pure Fresh Fresh Mint and Pure Fresh Spearmint and Pure Fresh Red Fruit Lime (new for 2022) flavours.
Visitors to the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference will be able to discover what’s new from the wonderful world of Look-O-Look. We have surprising products such as Candy Mix Shake, Party Bottle, Candy Burger, Candy Donut, Candy Noodles, Candy Pizza and Candy Sushi. The packaging features playful fast-food concepts jam packed with candy confectionery, designed to appeal to kids and adults alike.
