Gian Botteri is the Senior Vice President and Head of the Cruise Division at Avolta. In this capacity, he supervises the business unit, spearheads strategic innovation, and fosters sustainable growth in the cruise industry. With over 15 years of experience in the duty-free and travel retail sector, Gian has been instrumental in identifying pivotal business initiatives and executing strategies aimed at restructuring profit and loss statements. 

Gian holds a master’s in business administration from Florida International University. He has obtained numerous bachelor's degrees in business administration and international business from San Ignacio University in Miami. Furthermore, he possesses a degree in legal studies with a specialization in supply chain management and logistic strategy from the University of Oberta in Catalunya, Spain.
