Pablo Cobian currently serves as the General Manager at Shiseido, where he oversees the company's travel retail operations in the Americas. With over fifteen years of experience in sales and marketing, Pablo is an expert in driving growth for businesses both locally and globally across different industries and regions. He has successfully managed customers, distributors, and changes in go-to-market strategies throughout his career. 

Before joining Shiseido, Pablo held executive positions at Etnia Barcelona, Coty, Procter and Gamble, and Gilette Group. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Autonoma Madrid and has also completed the Senior Leadership Program at IESE Business School.
