The opening session will hear from ASUTIL President Enrique Urioste and Secretary General Carlos Loaiza for an update on the association's important work in the region. The audience will also hear from Duty Free World Council (DFWC) President Sarah Branquinho, who will provide an overview of efforts to safeguard the industry.

Join us on an exclusive journey aboard the Savannah train from the Gran Estación train station to Zipaquirá, where you will witness the first wonder of Colombia - the Salt Cathedral. This unique attraction is completely carved in salt and located 180 meters underground, providing an unparalleled experience away from the ordinary. The Salt Cathedral was originally a mine where workers created a small chapel, but it has now become a must-see attraction for visitors. Every step in the Cathedral is a surprise, from the stations of the cross to the Coru, a balcony where you can appreciate the largest underground cross in the world, measuring 16 meters high by 10 meters wide. 

After exploring the Salt Cathedral, we will spend lunch at Andres Carne De Res Chía. On the day of the excursion, please be in the hotel lobby by 7:30 a.m. The departure from the Hilton Hotel to the Gran Estacion train station is scheduled for 7:40 a.m. The estimated time of return to the Hilton Hotel is between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
