Luke Chang is the Executive Vice President at China Duty Free Group (CDFG). With more than 26 years of experience in the duty free and travel retail industry, Luke is responsible for implementing the resolutions and decisions of the board of directors of CDFG. His role includes assisting the Chairman with the daily duties of the Board of Directors and the General Manager.

As part of his portfolio, Luke is also in charge of procurement and investor relations, and works closely with various departments such as liquor and tobacco, fashion and beauty, and the luxury division in accessories, watches and jewellery. Luke is also responsible for direct leadership and management of CDFG’s annual goals, overall production and operation management and for coordinating its ESG policies.
