Roberto Graziani, Executive Vice Chairman at 3Sixty Duty Free & More, joined the company in June 2017. He previously served as President of Travel Retail Business at Korean group Hotel Shilla Pte Ltd, a leading international duty free company with sales above US$4.5 billion and operations in several of Asia’s leading hubs, including Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Before joining Shilla, Roberto served for 12 years as President & CEO of The Nuance Group AG, one of the world leaders in travel retail with operations in more than 20 countries on 5 continents.

Roberto also currently serves as director of global shoe retailer Bata.
