The TFWA Airport Forum will bring together some of the world’s leading airports to explore the future of non-aeronautical revenues in the post-pandemic world. Topics for discussion will include the evolution of the airport retail business model, new customer trends and spending patterns, changes to the airport retail mix, and the integration of digital into the commercial offer. Our panellists will also explore some of the challenges faced by airports and airlines over the European summer season, and the travel industry’s preparedness for the return of pre-2020 international traffic levels.
