Stephen Hillam leads an experienced team of research specialists at travel retail analyst, research and category expert Counter Intelligence Retail (CiR). With extensive experience of multiple research techniques, Stephen has worked with global brand and retailer clients and industry associations to deliver CiR’s vision of providing the travel retail industry with the latest market intelligence, useable insight, clear strategic direction and retailing best practice techniques.
With degrees from the universities of Hull and Northampton in the UK, followed by several years in marketing and consultant roles, Stephen joined CiR in 2014. He worked on multiple research projects across travel retail before being promoted to his current role as Research Director.
